The kitchen is fully equipped and staffed by experienced chefs who cater to the Mexican palette and incorporate the agriculture workers’ region into their menu. The menu is made up of varied Mexican and Latin American dishes. The kitchen provides the workers with breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Sunday.
